Professional Development:
I am a qualified and Senior Accredited counsellor with 20 years of experience
I am a qualified and accredited Couples Therapist.
I have completed training in EMDR parts 1 2 3 and 4
I have trained in using DBT skills for emotional regulation.
I am currently completing my Masters degree in Psychotherapy.
I have a license as a specialist Counsellor for Depression within the NHS.
I regularly update my skills by undertaking courses in continuing professional development.
I am in regular supervision with a qualified UKCP/BACP registered Supervisor and abide by the BACP code of practice.
Membership
I am a member of UKATA and Senior Accredited with NCS and abide by their professional code of ethics. I am continuously updating my knowledge of psychotherapy and counselling through continuous Professional development and the use of an accredited professional supervisor.
My private practice is anti-discriminatory and I thrive on working with clients of all ages, races, religions and sexual orientations, I have a special interest with working with couples and use Mindfulness practice to support my work with clients.
All our work together is confidential in line with the NCS and UKATA code of ethics and best practice.
I practice from comfortable purpose built therapy rooms in Finchley Central, opposite the station and London Bridge/Borough, 6 minutes walk from the station. I provide evening and weekend appointments. (currently offering online services only)
Pricing Information
My fees are:
£ £90 per 55-minute session for individual sessions. £85 for assessment.
£125 per 55-minute session for couple sessions. £125 for assessment
£90 for 55-minute telephone and Skype counselling sessions.
£135 for DBT therapy sessions. £135 for assessment.
£125 for EMDR sessions. £125 for assessment.
£125 per session for Rewind Therapy
I do offer some concessions, please discuss at the assessment.
